How can I preserve and take care of my Alix de Vesgre jewelry?

As such, it is preferable to apply makeup and perfume before putting on the jewelry.

This piece of jewelry will keep its shine if you avoid contact with cosmetics, cleaning products, saltwater and pool water, and if you take it off before sleeping or exercising.

DELIVERY AND SHIPPING

What are the shipping times and costs?

Every piece of jewelry is handmade in our workshop in France upon request. Please allow about three working days for crafting before shipping.

FRANCE (plus Monaco and Andorra)

  • Standard home delivery - Lettre suivie (Tracked mail)
  • Free delivery in France
  • Shipping time – 3 working days once the product is made.

EUROPEAN UNION (plus Switzerland and United Kingdom)

  • Tracked standard home delivery - Colissimo or Lettre suivie internationale (International tracked mail)
  • Shipping costs – 10€
    Free shipping for purchases of 100€ or above.
  • Shipping time – 3 to 8 working days once the product is made.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

For how long can I return my order? Under which conditions?

You may return any product ordered on the www.alixdevesgre.com website within 30 days of delivery.

The product must be returned in its original state. It must not have been worn, altered, washed nor damaged.

It must be sent back in its original package. Any non-compliant return and any product that would be unfit for reselling (damaged, tarnished, worn) will not be able to be returned and will be shipped back to you.

How can I return a product?

For any return, the product must be sent to the following address in its original state and package, along with your order number, name, address and reason for returning the product.

If you made an order with a three or four interest-free installments payment, you will only be able to be refunded if you return all products from that order.

The return request must be formalized using your customer account.

Upon receiving the returned product, the refund will be credited directly to your bank account or to your PayPal account, depending on which payment method you used for the order.

The refunded amount will be equal to the product’s price with no deduction. The cost of the return shipping is assumed by the client.

An email will be sent to you as a confirmation for your order’s refund.
